Applied ranking credit
For purchases under the terms dated 17 September 2026 or later, applied position credit is not eligible for discretionary refunds because it affects live ranking calculations. Being overtaken or changing your mind does not itself qualify. This policy does not remove statutory or payment-provider rights, the stated pre-launch protection, or rights attached to earlier purchases.
Consumer withdrawal
Where German/EU distance-service withdrawal rights apply, consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from conclusion of the contract, subject to proper information and the applicable rules. Do not assume digital publication is downloadable digital content or that payment extinguishes withdrawal rights. The final service classification and legally compliant notice/model form require counsel approval.
The local baseline does not request an immediate-performance waiver. Before real contracting, implement the approved delivery schedule and, if early performance is offered, a separate express request with the required information and durable confirmation. Publication, top-ups and any proportional compensation must follow that approved treatment.
Submit a withdrawal
Use Withdraw from contract, identify yourself and the contract, then select Confirm withdrawal. No reason is required. A saved request receives a reference, timestamp and downloadable receipt; email acknowledgement is queued for the configured delivery service. Other legally valid methods remain available.
Other remedies
Duplicate or incorrect charges, non-delivery of an accepted compliant service, statutory defects and provider-required remedies are assessed on their merits. Overtaking or disappointing traffic alone does not establish non-performance; neither excludes an independent statutory right. Removal for misconduct is not an automatic blanket forfeiture.
90-day pre-launch protection
If public launch has not occurred within 90 days of the first qualifying paid early participant, each affected participant may request a full refund and removal or choose to remain for a rescheduled launch.
Ledger integrity
Refunds and chargebacks use linked reversing entries. Score and affected histories are corrected without deleting the original transaction. No one may directly type a replacement score.
