Participation is intended for adults aged 18 or over who can enter a binding contract and are authorized to represent an authentic UAE-relevant person, business, product or brand. Applicants must provide accurate information and evidence of control when requested. A listing is subject to identity, content and category approval. Approval is not an endorsement of the business or its claims.

What you purchase

The service is digital advertising publication of an approved listing in RAQM1's fixed presentation template and competitive placement under the ranking rules. Payments are one-time purchases; additional top-ups are separate voluntary purchases. No subscription or recurring charge is authorized by a top-up.

There are no cash prizes, prize draws, wagers, investment returns, interest, participant revenue sharing, tokens, NFTs, virtual assets, ownership rights or transferable ranks. Positions and early-participant distinctions cannot be sold or transferred. No traffic, impressions, customers, results, government recognition or permanent rank is guaranteed.

Ranking and timing

All-Time uses cumulative confirmed, non-reversed whole-AED payments. Now uses confirmations within the preceding rolling 24 hours. Daily uses the UAE calendar day, 00:00 to 24:00 Gulf Standard Time (UTC+4). Reversals are linked to the original payment and correct the affected periods without erasing history.

New listings require at least AED 100; top-ups at least AED 10. Ordinary overtakes require the target score plus AED 10. Claiming number one requires the leader's score plus AED 100 on the relevant board, overall or within a category. Ties use the first time the tied score was reached, then a deterministic ledger identifier.

Rank is determined using verified provider confirmation, not browser return or checkout opening. A quote is a projection and reserves no rank. Concurrent payments, later top-ups, reversals and expiry of a Now payment can change the position. Being overtaken alone is not a service defect; statutory rights remain unaffected.

Contract and delivery

Before payment, checkout identifies the listing, service, one-time AED total, Dodo Payments as merchant of record, approval status, delivery timing and applicable withdrawal information. The final Dodo checkout displays the payable amount and applicable taxes before confirmation.

A payment never approves content. Only the exact reviewed version may be published. Material identity, destination, category, description or media edits require renewed screening and approval. During ordinary edit review, the previous approved version may remain visible. Unsafe content can be suspended immediately. If an accepted compliant listing cannot be provided, applicable refund and statutory remedies remain available.

Pre-launch protection and provenance

The Founding 100 claim flow is publicly accessible; participation requires approval and a qualifying confirmed payment. Private All-Time spend carries into the public All-Time board. Pre-launch Now and Daily results are separate; public windows begin at launch. Screenshots of the private area cannot be prevented.

The first 100 verified, approved participants with qualifying confirmed payments receive First 100 provenance; participants 101–1,000 receive First 1,000. Provenance records participation order, adds no score and reserves no rank. Reversed qualifying payments, fraud, duplicates or identity substitution may invalidate it through an audited correction; sequence numbers are not recycled.

If public launch has not occurred within 90 days of the first qualifying paid early participant, each affected participant may request a full refund and removal, or choose to remain for a rescheduled launch. This protection does not replace statutory withdrawal or other remedies.

Content rights and moderation

You must hold the rights and permissions needed for all submitted names, descriptions, destinations and media. You grant a non-exclusive licence to host, display, technically format and communicate approved content for the requested service. This does not transfer ownership of your intellectual property. Use of content in unrelated campaigns requires a separate lawful basis or permission.

The Content Policy prohibits unlawful, explicit, deceptive, infringing, impersonating, extremist, sanctioned and malicious content. Web3 & Virtual Assets remains closed. Regulated advertising requires evidence of relevant licences and approvals. Text must be plain text; arbitrary layouts, HTML, Markdown and scripts are not accepted. Unsupported uploads are disabled.

Automated checks support human decisions and may make mistakes. Reports, IP notices, suspensions, removals and appeals use the support route. Decisions should identify the affected content, factual and policy/legal basis, scope, use of automation and available redress without revealing private reports or sensitive security controls. Urgent lawful takedowns may precede notification. Human reconsideration is available; access to authorities or courts is not restricted.

Refunds and mandatory rights

For purchases accepted under the terms dated 17 September 2026 or later, RAQM1 offers no discretionary change-of-mind refunds once confirmed position credit has been applied. Applied credit participates in live ranking calculations and affects other positions; being overtaken, a later rank change or disappointing traffic does not itself entitle you to a discretionary refund. This does not exclude statutory withdrawal, non-conformity, duplicate-charge, non-delivery, fraud or payment-provider remedies, or the stated 90-day pre-launch protection. Earlier purchases retain the terms and protections accepted when ordered. Accepting these terms does not waive mandatory rights.

Refunds and chargebacks reduce the relevant score through reversing entries. The original financial record remains where retention is legally required. See Payment policy and Withdraw from contract for request routes. A payment return screen is not confirmation; do not pay again while provider confirmation is pending.

Availability, changes and liability

RAQM1 may maintain or update the service and address abuse. Material changes affecting a purchased service require appropriate notice and remedies under applicable law. Confirmed financial history may not be silently rewritten. No unlimited right to remove paid service or change contractual obligations is reserved.

These terms impose no exclusion of liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, guarantees, fraud or other mandatory liability. Mandatory consumer rights and access to lawful dispute routes remain intact.

Law, language and disputes

German law is proposed for counsel review, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections of otherwise applicable law. No exclusive forum against consumers or binding English-language priority is imposed by this draft. UAE mandatory rules may also apply. English and Arabic copies require equivalent legal and functional review.
